Julian Library for Date Conversions

The Julian Library provides a set of subroutines for performing date and time conversions. Included are routines to parse and format dates and times, to convert between calendar dates and Julian dates, and to convert between Universal Time (UTC), Atomic Time (TAI) and Ephemeris Time (ET). This software is made available by the Rings Node of the PDS.
