This interface allows the user to search the holdings of the PDS archive. Results from a search include links to data sets available from the PDS archive. In addition to PDS data, the results also include links to data sets curated by other international space agencies.

- Search API (beta) - programmatic access to search for PDS4 data
- Peppi Python Library - Python client library providing a simple, pythonic query syntax for exploring PDS4 data in the Search API.
- DOI Search - search by Digital Object Identifier (DOI)
Begin your search by entering a keyword or keywords in the text box above. The following are some examples of supported keywords and search examples:
- A target name like mars or eros or a target body type like asteroid
- An instrument name or type like spectrometer or laser altimeter or MOLA
- A word or phrase to find in the description of a data set or search tool
- The use of quotation marks to bind words that occur together, e.g. "mars express"
- The use of logical operator OR or AND, e.g. uranus OR neptune
You may further refine your query by entering a searchable attribute along with a keyword. See the following examples:
